Precision engineered and manufactured in the UK, the Ratel-X Industries® Heavy Duty Steel Fuel Tank Guard is designed to provide serious protection for the vulnerable fuel tank located beneath the rear of your Land Rover Discovery 2.
Manufactured from 5.0 mm structural-grade S275JR mild steel, this heavy-duty tank guard is built to withstand the harsh conditions encountered during off-road driving, providing a substantial protective barrier between your fuel tank and rocks, obstacles and rough terrain.
The guard is zinc plated and lacquer dipped to provide enhanced protection against corrosion, helping it withstand the demanding environment beneath an off-road vehicle.
Despite its substantial construction, fitting is straightforward, with no drilling or permanent modification required. The guard utilises the Discovery 2's existing mounting points for a secure and robust installation.
